NC Fusion Sports Payment Policy for Recreation Program
Once a player is registered for the NC Fusion Recreation Program, refunds
may be given, minus a $10 administrative fee, depending on the timing of
the request.
Refund requests must be made in writing via e-mail to the Recreation
Director and the e-mail must include the player’s name, parent’s name and
the address to which the refund should be sent. For families without access
to e-mail, a letter of request may be mailed to the NC Fusion at PO Box 362,
Clemmons, NC 27012.
- For requests received a minimum of three(3) weeks prior to the first
week of practice of fall and spring, a refund will be issued in full, minus
a $10 administrative fee. - For requests received between three week period and the first
scheduled practice, a 50% refund, minus the $10 administrative fee
can be issued ONLY in the event of family relocation outside of the
area or a medical reason documented by a physician. - Refund requests received after the first scheduled game which are not
due to family relocation or medical reason documented by a physician
will not be honored.
